Terminal Caffeine & Hot Dogs started with a simple observation: Edmonds had everything except a place where people actually wanted to linger. Not a quick stop. Not a drive-thru. A real place — warm light, good music, the smell of freshly ground coffee hanging in the air.
We wanted to build that. Not a chain. Not a trend. Just a neighborhood spot where the barista knows your name, the hot dog is something you tell your friends about, and the coffee actually tastes like coffee.
That's what we have now. And it's exactly what we promised ourselves when we started.
